Sele DTS Cream is a topical dermatological formulation designed to support the management of inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and chronic dry, scaly skin.

The formula is based on a Vitamin D analog (Colocalciferol-based active system) that helps regulate abnormal skin cell turnover, reduce plaque formation, and improve overall skin texture in hyperproliferative skin conditions.

It is enriched with Urea and Panthenol to enhance skin hydration, soften thickened skin, and support skin barrier repair.

Additionally, it contains Centella Asiatica and Chamomile extract to help soothe inflammation, reduce redness, and calm irritated skin.
